For class participants, please note the following:

Clothing should be comfortable, yet fitted. Jazz pants, leggings, workout pants, sports bras or choli tops are welcome. Baring your belly is not necessary.

Ballet slippers or Split sole dance shoes are encouraged for spinning and avoiding possible bumps, rocks, beads, or blisters.

Please refrain from wearing loud costume pieces. The instructors are not mic'd and do not want to speak above the jingle. Quiet tassel belts and fringe scarfs are encouraged.

Please bring water. And, most of all
have fun!
